Description

Robert Broniszewski, who worked under well-known baker Jim Lahey at Sullivan Street Bakery and prominent pastry chef Biagio Settepani at Pasticceria Bruno, is planning to open a French and Italian bakery called Panificio Bolea in Ho-Ho-Kus this month.


He will be offering Italian- and French-style breads (including some similar to Sullivan's), pastries, panini and tramezzini sandwiches, and Roman-style pizzas with toppings like potato and rosemary, and crimini mushrooms and onion. He will also offer a few Argentinian pastries like alfajores.


Panificio Bolea will be in the same building as the new St. Eve's restaurant and JT's Wine and Spirits:
